The Enterprise Communications Portal connects administrators and customers with data.

Client data is securely tokenized between utility, Open Channel Servers and the communications servers, such as Salesforce or other client relationship manage tools. That is, Open Channel never has access to your client’s personally identifiable information. Using proprietary algorithms, the Open Channel System aggregates the data to present administrators and/or customers with accurate, easy-to-understand, actionable information about their own water consumption.

How it works: The Enterprise Communications Portal uses a pre-existing client relationship management (CRM) tool such as Salesforce or SugarCRM to retrieve tokenized data and associate it with consumption, local weather, other similar businesses, or other water users.
